SERVICE OVERVIEW

AISCOPE provides a tool for measuring brands, products, and other mentions in LLMs, chat-bots, and AI-assistants. The Service enables businesses to analyze and track their brand presence across AI-powered platforms and applications.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

When you create a Project in AISCOPE, you can add tracked brands or products, associated websites, and queries. To measure brand presence, our Service sends your queries to various third-party LLM providers and AI services. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to this data transmission. We are not responsible for how third-party LLM providers process, store, or use the queries sent through our Service. You should review the terms of service and privacy policies of the relevant LLM providers.

ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To use our Services you need to create an Account that represents you or your company in our Platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for restricting access to the Services from your devices and computers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You may use our Services only as permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use, nor permit any third party to use, the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms. You agree you will not:

• Provide access to or give any part of the Services to any unauthorized third party
• Reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, violence or harm against individuals or groups
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Services

LICENSE

AISCOPE grants to you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right and license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

Payment processing is managed by Stripe, a third-party service provided by Stripe, Inc. (US). We are not responsible for Stripe's data usage, privacy practices, or any omissions in their service. Please review Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy for information about how they handle your payment data.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds within 30 days after purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@aiscope.pro with your purchase details.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

You're free to stop using our Services at any time. You may cancel your account by submitting a request to contact@aiscope.pro.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with notice to you if you're in breach of these Terms. We'll provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

You may request access to the personal data we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, have your personal data anonymized or deleted, or exercise your right to data portability.

LIMITED LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AISCOPE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

AISCOPE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

MODIFICATIONS

We may revise these Terms from time to time to better reflect changes to the law, new regulations, or improvements made to our Services. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or when we notify you by other means.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kraków, Poland.
